Honey Storage SS Tank

This stainless steel tank is designed for a client to store the honey. The bottom of the jar is tapered to ensure that no honey remains inside the jar. We can also add a heated jacket, and insulation design for clients if needed.

The technique specification is as below:

1. Designed by: the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code

MDG Code 2016 Edition.

2. SUS304 2B is used for the cylinder head, the material executes standard JIS G4 305,

Rm1 standard, Rm1≥520, tensile degree A0＞40%.

3. The welded seam of the barrel and head should be fully welded through,

and the welding should be carried out according to the welding requirements of the drawings.

4. The thickness of the upper and lower head plate is 2.5mm, the waist plate is 3mm, the discharge valve

is a 3-inch butterfly valve, the inner surface is polished, and the outer surface is pickled and passivated.

5. airtightness test, airtightness test pressure 0.02Mpa, and check the manhole, each valve, and welding channel coated with soapy water to observe any leakage to keep 10 minutes

without dropping pressure.

6. Empty stacking four layers, (recommended stacking three layers), full stacking three layers.
7. All seals are made of white food-grade silicone.
